A routing dashboard and marketing site for a regional logistics operator, rebuilt from a dated template into one hand-made system.

The brief

Meridian ran their dispatch on spreadsheets and a marketing site that looked a decade old. They needed one partner to make the public site feel as sharp as their operation, and to build the working tool behind the login — not two vendors pointing at each other.

What was built

A marketing site and a routing dashboard, designed and built by one person end to end.

  • Frontend — an editorial marketing site with a live coverage map.
  • Backend — a route-planning tool that imports existing order data, with auth, roles, and a printable manifest.
  • Handover — documented, owner-editable content, no lock-in.

Outcome

A single, coherent product instead of a stitched-together set of tools — and a public site that finally matches how the business runs.
